I see a place that I can call home and so far my requests are being attended to. I'm looking forward to my time at Indian Hills. They have one of the best maintenance crew's around i personally couldn't ask for better. It's really a peaceful place to live everyone makes you feel welcomed.
We have only had to have a couple for minor things repaired and they always checkin after to ensure you are satisfied. Great customer service, and absolutely love the home. Would recommend them to anyone looking to build.

The apartment itself was nice enough, cheap finishings (like carpet and easily staining / chipping countertops) but if you take care of it, no major issues. Just hope you don’t have to deal with management or maintenance staff. We built with Jordahl and our process was pretty straightforward. We looked at some floorplans and visited some unfinished houses. After seeing a few, we selected the Franklin model because it was an affordable model with 3 bedrooms upstairs.
Any issues that have come up for me, I have brought to the office and they have been resolved quickly. I moved into Indian Hill Apartments May 2016. I can’t even begin to think about living somewhere else. I feel so comfortable and at home here. The management office is always quick to respond of any concerns or issues that need to be addressed and everyone is handled in a timely manner. I can’t say enough how much I love calling Indian Hills Apartments my home.

We have reached out to Sam at the Jordahl office twice now and she has pass the buck to other companies or even the city of Fargo. We reached out to the city of Fargo about the grade issues and the city said it wasn't their issue. One of the contractors in the neighborhood reached out to Sam about our issue, and she told him she didn't want to deal with us! My Spouse is a realtor and we transfer into Fargo two weeks ago, and we won't have much good to say about Jordahl.
