Once we got the lot and model going, we worked with Melanie to get designs going. She was fun and gave a lot of input, but was not pushy about anything. She was very relaxed about the whole thing and kept us on a good deadline. Our house is still being built , but I feel confident we will be happy with the end product. The apartment is close to everything! We can walk across the street to shop Dillon's, or jump over to Rock and have access to a bunch of other stores and restaurants. Above all my favorite part is how the tenants are treated. It is a fun place to live and if we ever have problems the staff is always good at getting things fixed in a timely manner.

There isn’t anything they won’t do for her if asked even though they’re not required to and my mom is pretty needy! The grounds are kept up and maintenance responds very quickly.

I lived here for a little over a year and love it, we only moved for more space to help out a family member. Great neighborhood, neighbors, and great staff. Loved being close to Dillons and not far from 21st and Amidon nice central location. Lived a rental they built for Meridian, house looked nice, lots of poor craftsmanship throughout the house. House was a year and a half old and had cracks all up the walls, ceilings and had a stair case that was starting to separate from the wall.
We have responded to this review elsewhere but will repeat our statement here. We can see that your experience at LaCrosse had several issues and we can understand that these were a frustration. We agree with you on your points as we are aware of all of the items you mentioned. You see, LaCrosse was recently purchased by new ownership and the new owners have many big plans for the property.
Management picks and chooses which residents they favor, this lead to issues in maintenance, move out, and comfort. The gym equipment was poorly maintained and the hot tub was “closed for maintenance” for months. Amenities listed in the contract were taken away while living there / didn’t ever work, yet the rent price was not adjusted to reflect.

The place is kept up if have an issue, quiet and do not really hear my neighnors through the wall. Maintenance man is awesome and knows his stuff. Between the ever-expanding suburbs in the western reaches of the area, and the charming suburbs just near the river, West Wichita has something for everyone. There are restaurants aplenty, incredible country clubs, expansive parks, and great schools and universities. No matter where your dream apartment is, you can be in the center of the city in 15 minutes.
